Merit Badge University
Saturday, April 22nd
Iowa State University
Hosted by APO
Apologies for the delays with registration and thank you for your patience!
To register, go to https://market-stuorg.sws.iastate.edu/219/product and follow the two steps below:
1. Click the link that says "click here to sign up for merit badges". This link will take you to the signup for each of the merit badges offered. If your Scout is taking a half day merit badge and staying the full day, they have to sign up for 2 separate merit badges. The half day merit badges are only the first or second half of the day. Do not sign up for the same half a day merit badge twice.
2. At the registration website you will see a pull down tab that will have a Scout and parent option. Select the option and select add to cart. This will allow you to pay online. If you are a Scout Leader/parent that is planning on eating lunch on the day of MBU then you must also pay for your food as well as the Scout's.
If you don't register for a badge, APO cannot guarantee space and if you don't register for the event APO cannot guarantee you will be on the roster. So make sure to do both!
One adult from each troop will be needed at the event to keep track of their Scouts and serve as a point of contact for the troop.
Also, be sure to look at the prerequisites for the badges your Scouts are signing up for. Some of them may have changed since the original flyer and must be completed prior to the event if the Scout wants to complete the merit badge at the event.
Thank you again for your interest! If you have any questions feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please view the flyer in the grid below for more details and for contact information.
