VENTURE SUMMER CAMP AT MITIGWA SCOUT RESERVATION

July 29-August 4– Specialty Camps - Split Week #7 

To be a combination of traditional summer camp, Venture camp and High Adventure experiences. 

Venture camp might be only a couple of days long but would include C.O.P.E., Pistol Shooting, Biking Trek, Canoeing Trek, etc.  It’s up to the individual crews.

High Adventure experiences might be a trek to the Upper Iowa River Canoeing for three days and two nights or waterskiing and big boat sailing at Lake Rathbun in southern Iowa for three days and two nights.

These experiences are open to troops, patrols, or combinations of troops and crews.  Here again costs are yet to be determined but will include all transportation, food and equipment rental
