SPRING CONCLAVE 2012

May 18 - 20 at Camp Mitigwa. 

Spring Conclave will be full of fun, cheerful service and good times. Friday night, we will have an optional pulled pork sandwich with all the trimmings dinner, movie night and a cracker barrel. New Ordeal candidates will start the Pre-Ordeal process Friday night and will finish Saturday afternoon. Saturday during the day, everyone will help get Camp Mitigwa ready for the campers. This will be a time for you to work hard, but also to have fun and make new friends.

For those Arrowmen who are eligible, we hope that you will complete your Brotherhood. All that you have to do is write a letter explaining what you have done in the OA, complete your day of service and go through the ceremony. Letters have been sent to those Arrowmen eligible for Brotherhood.

For those other Arrowmen who are attending this event, we will have various activities after the work day is done. Saturday night during Cracker Barrel we will play "Minute to Win It" games. We hope to see as many of you as possible at this event, because it will be a lot of fun, and worth your while to come to camp for Spring Conclave.

If you completed your Ordeal at 2011 summer camp at Camp Mitigwa and DID NOT attend Fall Fellowship, this event is already paid for and you need to register here.  You will be able to sign up for the dinner and patches.

If you are going to complete you Ordeal at Spring Conclave, you need to register here.  You should have received a letter and can either send in the letter or register on-line.  You have the option of signing up for the dinner and patches in addition to your Ordeal fee.

Spring Conclave is also when nominations are taken for Vigil Honor.  Vigil Honor is an honor the lodge can bestow upon an Arrowman that has gone above and beyond in service to the lodge, district, or council.  The requirements are that a prospective honoree must be currently registered and have been Brotherhood rank for 2 years prior to Spring Conclave.  A select committee of youth will review these nominations and determine who will be called out at Fall Fellowship.  Below are two links to Vigil Honor nomination forms.  One is a .pdf form that you print and write by hand while the other is a Word document you can fill out on your computer and print.  These nomination forms will also be available at Spring Conclave.  To be considered this year, the nominations must be submitted to the Deere Conference Center by 8:30 am Sunday morning.
