Memorial Tribute Donations
The Memorial Tribute Fund offers an opportunity to make a contribution in living memory as a tribute on a special occasion or at the death of a friend or relative. No finer tribute can be paid than to encourage Scouting values in youth and thus perpetuate the high principal you admired in a friend. A special memorial tribute card will be sent to the person designated.
Tributes can honor Scouts achieving the Eagle Scout rank, graduates from college and military academics, birthdays, special anniversaries or any other special occasion in a family's or individual's life, or a death in the family or of a good friend.
All funds received in the Memorial Tribute Fund are held in Mid-Iowa Council, Boy Scouts of America, Endowment Fund with the interest being used to help further the Scouting program in Mid-Iowa Council.
Honor someone in a very special way by participation in the Memorial/Tribute Fund.
To make a contribution, a Memorial and Tribute Form is available to fill out and mail in, or you may make your memorial or tribute contribution online.
Our tax laws encourage charitable gifts of this kind. Substantial Tax Savings can be realized by gifts to The Central Iowa Scouting Heritage Society. Your accountant or a trust officer can explain the tax advantages of your gift.
