Klondike Derby
Winter 2013-Camp Mitigwa
Contact 2013 Klondike Chair: Hugh O’Hagan, hfohagan@isunet.net
The Klondike derby is an annual event held by the RRV district during the winter months. The Klondike derby consists of stations where patrols must test their Scoutcraft skills and their leadership abilities as well as collecting points or complete missions throughout the day’s events. The unit must transport their gear on a homemade sled and then be pulled by the Scouts. This is a Boy Scout event so Troops have the option to invite Webelo II Scouts. Webelos must be registered with the Troop, and provide their own leadership. NO all Webelo Patrols. Click here to download Sled Requirements and Equipment List.
