Hawk Eye District Activities

Spring Olympics Camporee:

Friday, April 27th  – Sunday, April 29th the Hawk Eye District will hold the 2012 Spring Olympic Camporee.  This event will be held at Ashton Wildwood Park, outside Bondurant.  The event will include activities like two-man lumberjack saws and some very special 'Olympic' style patrol events.  Further details are forthcoming.  Keep an eye on this page :). Hawk Eye Spring Tiger Blitz:

On Saturday, April 28th from 9am-noon at the Bandshell Park in Ankeny, Iowa, Cub Scout Packs in the Ankeny community will be holding the inaugural Tiger Blitz.  This is an activity filled recruiting event that focuses on current Kindergarten Scouts. We won't exclude boys from other grades, but the focus is to build up the Tiger Dens.  The District Commissioner Corps and members of the Ankeny Rotary Club will be helping and supporting this event.  Activities will include: Games, rank advancement opportunities for new Tiger Cubs, a Fire Station visit, an Identi Kid station...and much more.
